Account data such as your name, email address, and company details when you join the waitlist or sign in.

Product telemetry about how you navigate Prismo, limited to events that help us understand whether the core loop works.

Support conversations you initiate via email, chat, or feedback forms.

How we use data

Deliver and improve the Prismo product, including debugging sessions and proactive support.

Send product updates, onboarding materials, and invoices you explicitly request.

Analyze aggregate usage so we know which features matter to freelance engineers.

Legal basis

We process personal data to fulfill our contract with you (providing access to Prismo) and based on legitimate interest in improving the product. Where required, we rely on consent for marketing emails.

Retention

We keep account records while you maintain an account. Time logs, invoices, and attachments remain until you delete them or ask us to remove them.

We may retain anonymized analytics after deletion to understand long-term usage trends.

Third parties

Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel (frontend hosting) and Supabase (authentication and storage).

Analytics and error monitoring: PostHog (product analytics and user behavior tracking), Plausible, Sentry, or similar lightweight tooling.

Email delivery: Postmark or another transactional provider for waitlist and notifications.

We use cookies and similar technologies to track user interactions and improve our service. PostHog analytics cookies help us understand how users navigate our website and which features are most valuable.

EU/EEA residents retain GDPR rights; California residents retain CCPA rights.

Updates

We will update this policy when we add new features or vendors. Significant changes arrive via email or in-app notifications.
