Acceptance

By creating an account or accessing the waitlist you agree to these terms and represent that you have the authority to do so on behalf of yourself or your company.

Service description

Prismo is a SaaS application that helps technical freelancers connect clients, tasks, time logs, and invoices.

Early access features may change quickly; we do our best to provide reasonable notice before removing functionality.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack infrastructure, or fail to comply with these terms.

Billing

Prismo is currently free while in beta. Future paid plans will be communicated in advance and require explicit opt-in before charges occur.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Prismo platform, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the data you upload (clients, tasks, invoices).

You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prismo is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the previous 12 months (currently $0 during beta).

Termination

You may stop using Prismo at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
